The inline high-shear homogenizing/emulsifier pump adopts an externally mounted structure connected in series on the pipeline. Materials circulate forcibly through the multi-stage precisely meshed stator-rotor shear chamber in a closed pipeline system. It completes emulsification, dispersion, homogenization and particle refinement of materials through high-speed centrifugal shearing, turbulent impact and cavitation effect. Equipped with built-in pumping head, it can directly realize external circulation of the reactor tank and delivers excellent circulation and conveying performance for medium and high viscosity materials.
