This round bottle labeling machine adopts handwheel and lead screw adjustment without tools. Parameters including height, conveyor width and labeling head position can be adjusted simply by turning the handwheel. The label routing assembly consists of a label unwinding reel, multiple guide rollers, tension buffer unit, traction driving roller and liner rewinding reel. The label web runs along neatly arranged guide rollers with controllable tension for smooth feeding to prevent deviation and web breakage. After label peeling, the release liner is rewound automatically. It supports quick change of different label widths and ensures stable continuous labeling.
