Product Overview The equipment follows an efficient operation process of "Raw Material Pre-treatment - Mixing & Emulsification - Vacuum Optimization - Finished Product Discharge": First, water-phase and oil-phase raw materials are preheated or pre-treated in supporting containers respectively, and then injected into the main emulsification tank in proportion to the formula. After starting the equipment, the mixing system first performs preliminary stirring on the raw materials to break the initial stratification state of the raw materials and realize the initial fusion of water and oil phases. Immediately after that, the homogenizer system generates strong shear force through high-speed shearing (with a rotation speed of up to several thousand revolutions per minute), breaking the water-phase and oil-phase materials into nanoscale droplets, promoting their full emulsification, and forming a fine and uniform emulsion texture. At the same time, the -0.09 MPa high-vacuum system operates synchronously to remove microbubbles generated during the emulsification process in real time, avoiding problems such as uneven texture or oxidation caused by bubbles.
Finally, after the emulsification is completed, the finished product is smoothly discharged through the inclined discharge system, completing the entire production cycle.

The double-cylinder hydraulic lifting emulsifier is an efficient and reliable material processing equipment, widely used in industries such as food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. The following is an introduction to its features:
1. Stable and Safe Lifting: It adopts a double-cylinder hydraulic lifting system, which has a high degree of integration with the control system of the entire equipment. This system can better balance the force on the equipment. Especially when dealing with large-sized emulsifiers, it can effectively solve the problem of difficult lifting caused by the heavy weight of accessories such as the pot cover and the top motor, making the equipment lift more stably and safely.
2. Excellent Mixing and Emulsifying Effect: Some double-cylinder hydraulic lifting emulsifiers are equipped with a bidirectional rotating mixing mechanism. For example, the new-type double-cylinder hydraulic lifting emulsifier can make the emulsifier flow in layers at different heights, and the flow direction of each layer is opposite. This ensures more uniform mixing, promotes full mixing of materials, and achieves a better emulsifying effect. At the same time, the main pot may be equipped with an advanced scraper mixer. Under the action of centrifugal force generated during operation, the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper is closely attached to the pot wall, effectively solving the problem of material sticking to the pot wall without leaving any dead corners.
3. Convenient Operation and Maintenance: The mixing paddle and the main shaft of some equipment are fixed by fixing bolts or flanges, which can be easily and quickly disassembled and replaced, and are easy to clean. In addition, different mixing paddles can be replaced according to the process conditions to achieve the best mixing effect. Moreover, the equipment uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, and controls the mixer to rise, stop, and fall through a control valve, featuring simple operation.

Source-derived technical questions and operational clarifications for this machine.
Generally, you need to first empty the material inside the equipment, then rinse it with clean water or a suitable cleaning agent. For parts like the mixing paddle with adhered material, disassemble and clean them according to the equipment design. Some equipment may be equipped with a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system—follow the corresponding procedures for cleaning.
1. Regularly inspect the seals of the hydraulic system and replace them promptly if worn
2. Check the level and quality of hydraulic oil, and replenish or replace it as required.
3. Provide regular lubrication to components such as hydraulic cylinders, keep them clean, and prevent impurities from entering.
